- You need 1/4 cup of Almonds- blanched and peeled.
- It's 1/4 cup of Fresh grated coconut.
- You need 1 tbsp of soaked Melon Seeds(Magaz) -.

- You need 200 ml of Whole Fat Milk.

- Prepare 150 gm.or to taste of Sugar –.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Rose water –.
- You need 2 cups of Coconut milk.
- Prepare as needed of Saffron Strands -Few.
- It's as needed of Some slivered pistachios coconut slices,rose petals,a few saffron strands for garnishing.

Nariyal ki Thandai instructions
- Heat the milk.add sugar and saffron.stir it till sugar dissolves completely and remove from flame.Allow the milk to cool to room temperature..
- Grind almonds, melon seeds and Soaked poppy seeds to a smooth paste..
- Grind the fennel seeds, pepper corns,rose petals, Fresh grated coconut and cardamom into fine paste.Add both the paste to the boiled milk. Mix well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour to infuse into the milk..
- Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and discard the solids.Add,coconut milk,rose water and Mix well. Serve Chilled after garnishing with Silvered pistachios, saffron strands,coconut slices and rose petal. Use crushed ice as required..
