  1. Prepare 2 of medium sized frozen banana.
  2. It's 2 heaped tsp of unsweetened coco powder.
  3. It's 2-3 tbsp of filtered coconut milk refrigerated overnight.
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp of tahini (white sesame paste) or any nut butter.

  1. Peel,chop the bananas into coins and freeze it overnight.
  2. Take a mixie jar / food processor,add in the frozen banana coins,coco powder, coconut cream/milk,tahini.
  3. Pulse it with 30 secs interval.Scrape the sides and pulse it again.If You grind it continuously,the jar might get heated up which in turn will spoil the icecream consistency.
  4. Place the ground mixture in a bowl / cake tin and freeze it for minimum 2 hours,scoop out and enjoy.
  5. You can have it without freezing it which will be a smoothie bowl 😀.
