- Prepare of icing sugar.
- You need of sweetened condensed milk.
- You need of desiccated coconut.
- You need of Green food colour.

- Sieve the icing sugar into a bowl and mix in the coconut.
- Stir in condensed milk into the mixture until it becomes a gooey dough and then knead until smooth.
- Divide into two equal portions and add a few drops of your food colour to one half, kneading it so the colour spreads throughout evenly.
- Form each portion into thick oblongs and firmly press together. Leave to set for a few hours.
- Slice the oblong horizontally, making pieces about 1cm-ish thick.
