  14. Prepare of Some slivered pistachios coconut slices,rose petals,a few saffron strands for garnishing.

Nariyal ki Thandai instructions

  1. Heat the milk.add sugar and saffron.stir it till sugar dissolves completely and remove from flame.Allow the milk to cool to room temperature..
  2. Grind almonds, melon seeds and Soaked poppy seeds to a smooth paste..
  3. Grind the fennel seeds, pepper corns,rose petals, Fresh grated coconut and cardamom into fine paste.Add both the paste to the boiled milk. Mix well. Refrigerate it for 1 hour to infuse into the milk..
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve and discard the solids.Add,coconut milk,rose water and Mix well. Serve Chilled after garnishing with Silvered pistachios, saffron strands,coconut slices and rose petal. Use crushed ice as required..
