1. Melt chocolate in the top a double boiler.
2. Mix in milk constantly until the mixture starts to get thick.
3. Pour mixture into a bowl and put in freezer.
4. Mix in the desired amount of dedicated coconut.
5. Once an hour mix the mixture with a spoon for 2 mins. Repeat this process until mixture gets to hard too mix.
6. Store in freezer.
