  1. Wash sabudana in clean running water and soak it overnight.
  2. In a blender add 1/2cup soaked sabudana/sago, 1/2cup curd, 1 cup mango pulp, 1 small banana(optional), sugar as per taste, a pinch of black pepper,few ice cubes and blend to a smooth paste..Add water/milk depending on consistency you require..
