  2. Prepare of sabudana (soaked in water overnight & drained).
  3. You need of paneer (mashed).
  4. Prepare of ripe banana (mashed).
  5. You need of chopped dry fruits of ur choice.
  6. Prepare of sugar or as per ur taste.
  7. Prepare of cardamom powder.
  8. You need of Little tutti fruity.
  9. You need of grated coconut.
  10. You need of Little ice cubes.
  11. It's of (tulsi) leaves chopped.

  1. First grind sugar and curd in a mixi till smooth consistency. Pour in a big bowl..
  2. In a separate bowl mash sabudana little. Add mashed paneer and ripe banana in it. Mix nicely. Put this in curd mixture.put crushed ice cubes also..
  3. Add cardamom powder, finely chopped dry fruits, coconut and tulsi leaves. Mix everything nicely. If the mixture is too thick u can add little water..
  4. Garnish with tutti fruity, dry fruits and Coconut. Serve cold..
