Ingredients of Gawar e chaman

  1. Prepare of cluster beans(Gawar fali).
  2. It's of palak.
  3. You need of coriander leaves.
  4. You need of curry leaves.
  5. It's of fresh coconut.
  6. Prepare of ginger.
  7. You need of green chillies.
  8. It's of Salt.
  9. You need of sugar.
  10. Prepare of ice cubes.
  11. It's of oil.
  12. Prepare of mustard seeds.
  13. You need of Jeera.
  14. You need of hing.
  15. You need of turmeric.
  16. It's of Few drops of lime juice.

Gawar e chaman step by step

  1. Wash and boil clusterbeans with pinch salt and sugar.
  2. Grind chutney with palak, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger and ice cubes and few drops of lemon juice.
  3. Grind coconut with 1tbsp of above chutney.
  4. Heat a pan add oil and do tadka with mustard seeds, jeera, hing and pinch turmeric.
  5. Then add coconut mixture and saute it.
  6. Then add green chutney mixture again saute it for 1 min.
  7. Then add boiled clusterbeans and salt and saute it for 1min.
  8. Gawar e chaman is ready to serve with Roti, kulcha, Naan or any type of bhakri.
