  1. Prepare of coconut rum.
  2. It's of regular rum ('light').
  3. It's of spiced or aged rum.
  4. It's of crème de coconut (i.e. coconut cream).
  5. Prepare of pineapple chunks.
  6. Prepare of pineapple juice.
  7. Prepare of frozen medium bananas (I experimented around w/this- for us, 2 medium was too much, and 1/2 large wasn't enough).
  8. Prepare of vanilla ice cream or froyo (i.e. 3 scoops).
  9. Prepare of Optional (but I used in my recipe in lieu of 3 scoops of the same frozen treat).
  10. It's of vanilla froyo (i.e. 1 scoop).
  11. Prepare of vanilla ice cream (i.e. 1 scoop).
  12. Prepare of piña colada ice cream.
  13. Prepare of Optional.
  14. You need of ice cubes (or however many you need to get the consistency you want).
  15. You need of Topper (optional).
  16. It's of whipped cream (we used soy whip - just as tasty!).
  17. It's of ground cinnamon (to garnish).
  18. You need of maraschino cherry.

  1. Measure out and dump all ingredients in the blender..
  2. Blend! Since our blender is somewhat older, I added the ice cubes to make it more of a slushy than a smoothie, but the end result is creamy nonetheless!.
  3. Top with whipped cream, sprinkled ground cinnamon, and a maraschino cherry. Add a straw and enjoy!.
