  1. Take the chilled whipping cream in a big bowl and start beating with a electric beater still it forms soft peak. Add sugar to it and mix well.
  2. In a mixing jar make 1/2 cup coconut water and soft kernel of 2 tender coconut and make smooth paste.
  3. Mix the coconut kernel paste and the condensed milk into the cream and mix well. And keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Cut the rest coconut kernel in small pieces and keep aside.
  5. After two hours put the chopped coconut kernel into the cream mixture and mix well with a fork.
  6. Put the mixture in a air tight container and keep it in the fridge for 7 to 8 hours or overnight..
