- Prepare 390 g of Condensed Milk.

- Mix icing sugar and coconut together..
- Add condensed milk, butter, and vanilla essence. Mix until ingredients are well combined..
- Divide mixture in half. Add one half of the mixture to a 30cm×22cm greased and lined pan. Pressing the mixture down until it reaches all 4 sides..
- Add food colouring to the remaining half and knead it into the mixture. Place the mixture on top off the mixture in the pan, pressing down until it reaches all 4 sides..
- Place parchment paper on top, use your hands to smooth out the mixture..
- Place mixture in a cool area and leave overnight to set. Cut into squares and serve..
