- You need 1 of Onion powder, garlic powder, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil.

- It's 1 tsp of basil.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oregano.
- It's 2 of -3 cups of chicken broth.
- It's 3 tbsp of chicken powder stock.
- You need 1 tbsp of sugar.
- You need 12 oz of tomato sauce.
- You need 1 large of russet potato, cubed.
- You need 4 of carrots.
- It's 1 of red bell pepper, cubed.
- Prepare 1 cup of green pea.
- It's 1 of Green onion (scallion) and cilantro to garnish.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of vegetable oil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 1 of Salt and pepper to taste.
Chicken Afritada instructions
- Lightly sprinkle salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, soy sauce and sesame oil on the chicken. Rub the season on the chicken well and marinade for at least one hour..
