- You need 1 litre of full fat milk.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of Fresh Coconut.
- You need to taste of Sugar.
- It's 2 of large paan leaves.
- It's 4 tsp of Gulkand.
- You need as needed of Cashew nuts.
- It's 3 Tbsp of cornflour.
- You need handful of Tutti frutti.

- Peel the outer skin of coconut & cut into pieces.grind it & make a smooth paste.
- Take a pan add milk & coconut paste boil it till thick consistency. Now take cornflour mix into water.
- & also add in milk stir it counties now add sugar. after proper thickness off the flame..
- Keep it for cool.take paan leaves wash it proper & cut into small pieces..
- Grind it with some coconut paste add some gulakand in it.in glasses put the ice cream.
- & freeze it for 3 to 4 hour after proper chilled add paan& coconut paste on it ganish it with more gulakand tutti fruti & finely chopped paan leaves it's taste delicious do try at once we can also mix some paan paste in whole Ice cream. cashwenut pieces also put on it.ready to serve.
