- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of Plum Compote (store bought plum preserve would work as fine).
- It's 1-2 tbsp of coconut flavored Greek yogurt.

- Pour the compote in popsicle moulds such that they are filled 1/3rd. (For homemade compote, you can boil 500 gms of chopped plums along with 2 cups of sugar, 2 star-anise and 1 cup of water until it thickens, which takes about 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool and your compote/preserve is ready).
- Let these moulds sit in the freezer for about an hour after which, place a popsicle stick in their middle..
- Also, fill 1/3rd of the portion with coconut yogurt and again pop them in freezer to sit for an hour..
- After the two layers are set, top it with another layer of compote and let these lollies set for good 5 to 6 hours after which, enjoy them chilled..
