  1. You need 1 cup of tightly packed flesh of fresh coconut (malai thick).
  2. It's 1 cup of whipping cream.
  3. You need 1 cup of condensed milk.
  4. It's 1/2 cup of coconut cream.

Coconut Ice cream step by step

  1. Remove the flesh from 1 tender coconut it should amount to 1 cup, if it's less take flesh of one more coconut, keep it aside, make sure the flesh/malai is a little thick. Chopped the malai into small pieces..
  2. In a chilled bowl take 1 cup whipping cream (the one which already has sugar) I use rich's and beat it till it doubles in quantity and forms stiff peaks..
  3. Now add coconut cream & condensed milk to the whipped cream and again mix it nicely. Now add the chopped malai and give it a final mix, transfer the Icecream into airtight container and freeze it overnight or for at least 12-14 hours..
  4. Scoop out the Icecream and serve it chilled. Homemade natural coconut Icecream. Enjoy..
