- You need 1 cup of non dairy whipping cream.
- Prepare of Soft kernel of 3 tender coconut.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of coconut water.
- It's 1/2 cup of condensed milk.
- Prepare 2 table spoon of sugar.

- Take the chilled whipping cream in a big bowl and start beating with a electric beater still it forms soft peak. Add sugar to it and mix well.
- In a mixing jar make 1/2 cup coconut water and soft kernel of 2 tender coconut and make smooth paste.
- Mix the coconut kernel paste and the condensed milk into the cream and mix well. And keep it in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Cut the rest coconut kernel in small pieces and keep aside.
- After two hours put the chopped coconut kernel into the cream mixture and mix well with a fork.
- Put the mixture in a air tight container and keep it in the fridge for 7 to 8 hours or overnight..
