Ingredients of Tender Coconut Icecream
- You need 3 of Flesh tender coconuts (nariyal pani ki malai).
- Prepare 1 of Water tender coconut.
- You need 150 gm of Condensed milk (increase according to taste).
- Prepare 400 gm of whipped cream.
- It's 200 ml of coconut milk.
- You need 3 tbsp of sugar.

- Chopped the flesh of one tender coconut very finely and keep aside. (This takes the icecream to a whole new level).
- Blend the rest of the flesh with the coconut water and sugar to get a puree like consistency..
- Mix the puree,condensed milk and whipped cream together.Add in the coconut milk gradually..
- Check the sweetness and add more condensed milk if required..
- Now, mix the chopped flesh in it.Pour in an airtight container and freeze..
- After two hours mix it again with a spoon or whisk and put it back in the freezer (this is necessary because the coconut water might form ice crystals, resulting in a not so creamy textured icecream).
