  1. You need 3 of Flesh tender coconuts (nariyal pani ki malai).
  2. Prepare 1 of Water tender coconut.
  3. You need 150 gm of Condensed milk (increase according to taste).
  4. Prepare 400 gm of whipped cream.
  5. It's 200 ml of coconut milk.
  6. You need 3 tbsp of sugar.

  1. Chopped the flesh of one tender coconut very finely and keep aside. (This takes the icecream to a whole new level).
  2. Blend the rest of the flesh with the coconut water and sugar to get a puree like consistency..
  3. Mix the puree,condensed milk and whipped cream together.Add in the coconut milk gradually..
  4. Check the sweetness and add more condensed milk if required..
  5. Now, mix the chopped flesh in it.Pour in an airtight container and freeze..
  6. After two hours mix it again with a spoon or whisk and put it back in the freezer (this is necessary because the coconut water might form ice crystals, resulting in a not so creamy textured icecream).
