Ingredients of Vegan Mint and Coconut Ice Cream
- You need 1 can of coconut milk (chilled for 10 mins).
- It's 1 scoop of coconut cream.
- It's 1 cup of meat of a young coconut.
- You need 10 g of fresh mint leaves.
- It's pinch of spirulina.
Vegan Mint and Coconut Ice Cream step by step
- Blend away in the blender until nice and creamy, then pour it in a ice cube tray..
- Freeze overnight or 6 hours.
- Pop the cubes in your blender, blend away.
- Scoop and toop with your favourite vegan chocolate (I used my own Vegan chcocolate :p).
