- Prepare 2 of medium sized frozen banana.
- You need 2 heaped tsp of unsweetened coco powder.
- Prepare 2-3 tbsp of filtered coconut milk refrigerated overnight.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of tahini (white sesame paste) or any nut butter.
Healthy Chocolate Icecream step by step
- Peel,chop the bananas into coins and freeze it overnight.
- Take a mixie jar / food processor,add in the frozen banana coins,coco powder, coconut cream/milk,tahini.
- Pulse it with 30 secs interval.Scrape the sides and pulse it again.If You grind it continuously,the jar might get heated up which in turn will spoil the icecream consistency.
- Place the ground mixture in a bowl / cake tin and freeze it for minimum 2 hours,scoop out and enjoy.
- You can have it without freezing it which will be a smoothie bowl 😀.
