- It's 4 tbsp of Sugar.
- You need 1 cup of Tender coconut.
- You need 1/4 cup of Cream.
- It's 1/4 cup of Coconut milk.
- It's 2 tbsp of Condensed milk according to sweetness-i have used.

- Take the egg yolks and add sugar.
- On a double boiler whisk the egg yolks and sugar till it thickens.
- Will look like this.
- Grind the tender coconut with cream,milkmaid,and coconut milk.
- Mix the coconut mixture and the egg mixture completely.
- Put this in a box and refrigerate for 6 hrs min serve chilled garnished with toasted coconut flakes.
